About Me

I am an attorney with more than ten years of experience in real estate, financing and transactions.

I have worked at renowned law firms, where I represented significant sector clients and investment groups.

For more than five years, I collaborated with a leading Czech development-investment group. This gives me unique know-how and proven, efficient solutions in the real estate market.

I operate primarily in Prague, Poděbrady and Nymburk, but I am ready to help you wherever you are based.

Hourly Fee

The fee amount is set for each hour of work performed with the possibility of agreeing on a cap.

The final amount corresponds to the hourly rate and the number of hours worked on the given case.

Fixed Fee

The most common method of compensation.

A suitable solution for a client who needs legal services in a specific case that can be defined both in terms of actions and time at the beginning.

The amount of the project fee is determined after discussing the case with the client, taking into account the complexity and time requirements of the given case.

Flat Fee

An ideal solution when the client needs long-term representation in various matters and under preferential conditions.

The amount of the flat fee is determined after consultation with the client, taking into account the scope of services that the client needs.
